How Can I order

My Order Has Not Arrived
There is currently no active turnaround for all orders, subject to change. Keep an eye on the tracking provided!
Refunds
Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of the products, items are non-refundable once purchased. However if there is a fault with the item upon arrival, this must be communicated the day of delivery, with proof of fault.
Category Two
Returns Policy
Refunds are not issued unless there is proof of faulty item(s) within 24 hours of delivery. A refund will be issued once the item has been returned, in its original packaging.
Are your Items Suitable for Tumble Drying
Whilst a few customers have done so previously, it is always advised to air dry handmade items.
Shipping
All items are shipped First class tracked via Royal Mail! Items will be arriving from Northern Ireland so may take additional time subject to change within the postal system
